Sourcing for commercial and institutional buyers

We help manufacturers, distributors, service providers, government contractors, and international partners identify and pursue qualified opportunities in commercial, institutional, and government markets.

We assess each opportunity on the legal seller, technical specifications, delivery capacity, pricing, payment terms, compliance requirements, and demonstrated ability to perform.

We advance opportunities based on merit, documentation, and compliance.

What we do

  1. Government contracting

Arx is registered and active in the System for Award Management with an assigned CAGE code, and works with prime contractors and institutional buyers.

  2. Supplier qualification

We check each supplier's company records, ownership, technical documents, pricing, past performance, and delivery capacity.

  3. Producer and exporter relationships

We work directly with producers, processors, and licensed exporters.

  4. Commercial advisory

We advise on market entry, partnerships, commercial structuring, supplier engagement, and transaction coordination.

  5. Health and laboratory capacity
